3rd brakelight

my manual does not show the way to remove the brake light and unplug it from the body of the truck.
have purchesed the new light,and the lead plug is some where under the head liner, any body know how to remove the trim panel from the back and locate the plug end.
:confused: my truck is a 2002 chev.blazer 4x4

Hello beaufighter45: There are two types of high mount stop lamps:
1. Roof mounted: Remove the two screws, lift from the top and pull harness out to expose connector.
2. Endgate window: Remove the two screws, lift and remove the rubber grommet, then disconnect the connection.
