Brake job on a 1999 Durango

I am doing a brake job on a durango and am having a fit trying to get the caliper off. I see pins in the thing but don't see how to get them out. They do have to come off, right? First timer with a dodge, it's my sons suv. Any suggestions?

Hi corporateteeshirt: The pins use an "allen head" or "hex head" type socket. You can see how to remove them on page 9-4 of your Haynes manual #30021.
