Removal of blower motor 2001 Chrysler Town and Country

I have purchased a Haynes manual for this vehicle but im not sure if its just something im missing or what but I cannot get the lower housing off (housing that the recirculation actuator is located) to get access to the blower. How can I get this off?

Hi jasonmason:
First off, did you remove all five screws (one up top and four on the bottom) that hold the lower half of the housing?
