I have a 1977 Dodge with a motor home. I am looking for a repair manual but don't know what engine, etc. is in it. I thought it was a truck motor, but maybe it is a van - it says sportsman on the side of the vehicle. Does anybody know if this makes a difference? Any help appreciated!

Sounds like you have a mini motorhome built on a Sportsman van chassis. Haynes doesn't have a manual for your vehicle, but we carry a Chilton manual, no. 20420, that should cover your vehicle.
