For more than three weeks ago I ordered - and payed - one of Haynes motorcycle manuals. I havent received it yet. Haynes doesn't answer my emails and my fax'es. What should I do?

Could you please call Kathy in Haynes Customer Service at 1-800-442-9637 and she'll be able to look into this order further for you. This will be resolved quickly.

Allan: Kathy will be able to answer your call and get this resolved on Tuesday, the 21st, as Monday is a scheduled day out for her. She's the best one to dig into this for you so hopefully you are okay about waiting till Tuesday now. Sorry for the confusion.
