97 Taurus Headlight assembly removal

Attempting to remove the driver side headlight assembly in order to replace a burnt out left turn signal bulb. Haynes manual shows three (3) of the assembly mounting bolts but doesn't show the fourth bolt. The bolts shown in the diagram are at 9 o'clock, 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock. Can someone tell me where the 4th bolt is located and how to get at it?

Hi fritzra: There are 3 standard bolts as you listed plus a fourth one called a "pinch bolt" which is the long bolt that looks like a 3" rod with a bolt head. You only have to loosen this one. Don't remove it.
