Subaru Outback 2007 manual

I noticed that the outback manual covers up 2006.
Are there significant differences between 2006 and 2007
And if so is there a chance of seeing an update including the MY 2007?

We can't recommend that you use the current book because the research has not been done to see how extensive the changes are to the 2007 model. They may be very similar, but we don't know. So, if you need a manual now, you'll probably have to contact a dealer parts department.
