power window problem

I have a 1998 Dodge Durango with a pwr window problem the windows are stuck in the dwn position. I can see the lights in the control panel switches come on when I tap against the door panel but the lights in the window switches do not stay on. Is this a switch problem or a fuse problem ? Can anyone help me out?

switch problem in the door. just go and got a new switch, or open up the door, then take off the side panle and rewire the switch or bring it to a car shop and tell them to done that and it should be fixed.
