need diagram for vacuum lines

i blew my head gasket on my 1992 isuzu 4x4 pickup, with 2.6 liter 4 cyl, manual trans. while working on it i noticed some of my vacuum lines were not hooked up and/or cracked. i can't find a diagram in my haynes manual and would appreciate any help.
